The rooms were lovely, spacious, and very clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. On my wife's birthday, we were surprised with a birthday cake, bottle of bubbly, and a bottle of orange for our son. It was a lovely gesture from the hotel. The location was perfect, with the Marques do Pombal metro station close by, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast option was excellent, with a good variety of food and attentive restaurant staff. the hotel facilities and services exceeded our expectations.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the centre of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The main shopping street is just a short walk away, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with all the necessary amenities like a safe and mini bar. The bathroom is also impressive, with modern features and clean towels. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, always friendly and ready to help. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.
The internet service can be quite unreliable, with slow speeds and occasional outages.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, located in a lovely quiet area but still centrally located, making it easy to reach all the main sights. The hotel staff were extremely professional and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant and bar were also top-notch, with a great selection of food and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Convenient location for exploring city on foot. Helpful staff, especially considering safety measures. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Enjoyed having separate living room. Electric water heater useful for sterilizing bottles.

Very nice location, close to Avenida da Libertade. Pool and SPA access in neighboring hotel. Small kitchen with necessary equipment. Beds were comfortable. Good internet speed. Friendly and accommodating customer service. Massive and spacious rooms. Excellent air conditioning. Daily room service.
